'Puskin' Monument

The Pushkin Monument is a memorial statue in Podgorica dedicated to the famous Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. The statue was erected in 2006 and is a gift from Russia to Montenegro. It stands in the center of Podgorica and reminds of the close cultural connection between the two countries. The Pushkin Monument is not only a place of remembrance of the great poet, but also a symbol of the friendly relations between Russia and Montenegro.
