Dear Fotogoals Community

Here we would like to give you basic information about the photo spots we have published. We ask you to always pay attention to these aspects!

We at Fotogoals try to publish all photo spots to the best of our knowledge and belief. We not only try to give you all the important information at your fingertips, but also to pay attention to the privacy of the spots. In addition to making changes to the spots that have already been published, we can of course make mistakes when creating them.

We therefore do not assume any liability for the use of our offer and the visit to the spot, as well as your actions on the spot.

We therefore ask you to use common senseon every spot yourself and not to disregard the rights of other people and their property.

In principle, all works and thus also buildings, sculptures, etc. are protected by copyright. This would mean that shooting and posting photos would not be legally legal. However, since this would make the use of the "public space" difficult, especially for taking photos, there is so-called panorama freedom in Germany.
This regulates that the recording is legally in order as long as it was photographed from public roads and remains in this place. More precisely it says (1 to 1 translation):

The freedom of panorama (ยง 59 UrhG) allows everyone to reproduce, distribute or publicly reproduce works that are permanently located on public paths, streets or squares by painting, photo or film. In the case of buildings, this permission only extends to the external appearance!

PRIVATE property

Basically, all of the spots we show are open to the public (we don't climb over fences or anything like that). Despite this, we mark some spots as private property. These are spots that are generally accessible to the public but are still on private property or at least affect it.

In doing so, attention should be paid to privacy and, if necessary, approval should be obtained in advance.
