There are regular train connections from both airports to Würzburg, Schweinfurt and Kitzingen (possibly with a change of train), from which cities there are regular bus connections to Volkach. Alternatively, Stuttgart Airport is also an interesting option, although the train connection is not quite as optimal as from Frankfurt or Nuremberg. If you are traveling by car, all three airports are good alternatives, as they offer good connections to the freeway network and the drive to Volkach is relatively straightforward.
